Key Responsibilities

As an Entry‑Level Customer Service & Display Specialist, you will be the friendly face of arenaflex, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and every product display is flawless. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Delivering top‑notch, courteous service to existing and prospective customers, both in‑person and via phone or digital channels.
  • Learning and maintaining in‑depth product knowledge on new and evolving equipment, enabling you to answer questions confidently.
  • Assisting with the set‑up, arrangement, and visual merchandising of product displays to maximize appeal and sales impact.
  • Collaborating with the Assembly and Delivery team to ensure seamless hand‑off from warehouse to showroom.
  • Participating in regular training sessions, workshops, and role‑playing scenarios to sharpen communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer trends, product performance, and potential improvements.

Essential Qualifications
