Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of customer transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments—leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and strict adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries, guiding them through complex banking products, digital tools, and policy nuances.
  • Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the branch, ensuring cash drawers balance, security protocols are followed, and all equipment is properly secured.
  • Review each transaction for accuracy, timeliness, and proper accounting, promptly correcting any discrepancies and documenting findings.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to resolve escalated customer concerns, system outages, or procedural challenges, escalating issues when necessary to maintain service excellence.
  • File and process applications—such as account openings, loan requests, and service changes—throughout the day, maintaining organized records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Travel up to 20 % of the time to support satellite branches, attend training sessions, and participate in community outreach events that reinforce arenaflex’s brand presence.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and customer experience enhancements during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably within banking, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex information into understandable language.
  • Critical Thinking & Troubleshooting: Proven capacity to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Transaction Processing: Comfortable handling cash, checks, and card transactions, with a strong focus on accuracy and fraud prevention.
