Role Overview – Medical Data Entry Specialist (Permanent, Work‑From‑Home)

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Medical Data Entry Specialist to join arenaflex’s remote team. In this role, you will be the guardian of patient information, ensuring that every piece of clinical data entered into our electronic medical record (EMR) system is accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.   • Accurate Data Entry: Input patient health information—diagnoses, procedures, lab results, medication orders, and more—into the EMR with zero tolerance for errors.
  • Document Digitization: Scan, index, and upload paper charts to the EMR or shared drive, ensuring seamless accessibility for clinical teams.
