Bilingual Customer Care Specialist – Automotive Parts Counter Expertise (English/Spanish) – Full‑Time Role in Plano, TX
About arenaflex
arenaflex is a leading provider of factory‑match replacement seat covers and foam cushions for full‑size trucks and SUVs. Founded in 2006 by two entrepreneurial brothers working out of a modest garage, arenaflex has grown into a dynamic, 40‑plus‑person team that designs, manufactures, and sells automotive upholstery products that look, feel, and perform like the original factory components. Our mission is simple: help drivers and professionals restore the comfort and style of their vehicle interiors without the expense of a brand‑new truck. As we enter another year of accelerated growth, we are expanding our Customer Service division and looking for a dedicated, bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our Plano, Texas headquarters.
Why This Role Matters
At arenaflex, the Customer Care Specialist is a pivotal member of a small, high‑impact team that ensures every retail and wholesale client enjoys a seamless buying experience. Our customers include:
- Individual vehicle owners who prefer repairing their seats rather than spending $60–70k on a new truck.
- Upholstery shops that rely on our products to save time, increase productivity, and serve more clients.
- Online retailers that stock our items to broaden their inventory offerings.
Each of these groups is essential to arenaflex’s continued success, and the specialist you become will be the trusted voice that delivers the same outstanding service that our products promise.
