Key Responsibilities

  • Data Coding & Entry: Accurately code and input financial and operational data into arenaflex’s proprietary accounting system using a keyboard or monitor interface.
  • Database Maintenance: Perform routine updates, corrections, and enhancements to ensure the integrity of all stored information.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of entered data by cross‑checking against source documents, flagging discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Report Generation: Produce standard computer reports, printouts, and data extracts as requested by supervisors or other departments.
  • Clerical Support: Provide ancillary administrative assistance, such as filing, scanning, and organizing electronic documents.
