- Assist customers in placing online or telephone orders, processing exchanges, returns, and manual adjustments for both e‑commerce and retail purchases.
- Navigate billing questions related to PayPal, CyberSource, Afterpay, Klarna, and other payment platforms with confidence.

Collaboration & Support Functions
- Partner with arenaflex’s Signature Store owners—independently operated boutiques that carry our brand—to reinforce policies and ensure consistent consumer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with retail store teams to align on inventory availability, promotional periods, and return procedures.
- Provide backup support during peak seasons, including the high‑traffic online sales events in August and January.
- Contribute to department initiatives, such as knowledge‑base updates, process improvements, and seasonal product education.
Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring service challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve retention and reduce repeat contacts.
