Position Overview – Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and bilingual (English & Spanish) individuals who reside in Tennessee to join our remote customer service team. Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of Tennessee and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
  • Proficient typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
