The Lockbox Processor (Government) position is a critical component of arenaflex’s end‑to‑end lockbox solution. Government lockbox accounts handle high‑volume, time‑sensitive remittances that fund essential public services. Role Overview
As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for extracting remittance information, scanning and digitizing incoming documents, entering data into our proprietary processing platform, and reconciling transactions against established policies. You will work closely with the Operations, Quality Assurance, and Client Services teams to guarantee that all work meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Remittance Extraction: Review incoming government remittance documents, identify key data fields, and extract information according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Scanning & Digitization: Operate high‑speed scanners and imaging equipment to convert paper documents into searchable electronic formats while ensuring image quality and compliance with security protocols.
- Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input extracted data into arenaflex’s lockbox processing system, perform double‑checks, and resolve any discrepancies before final submission.
- Transaction Reconciliation: Match scanned remittance data with corresponding accounts, verify balances, and reconcile any variances in accordance with established policies.
- Workflow Management: Monitor daily workload, prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs), and communicate any bottlenecks or resource constraints to supervisors.
- Equipment Oversight: Ensure scanning equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operational; report any malfunctions and coordinate with IT support for timely resolution.
- Quality Assurance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to the QA team on recurring errors, suggest process improvements, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
