Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver real‑time, high‑quality chat support to arenaflex users across multiple languages (including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Mandarin).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to account access, streaming quality, device compatibility, and subscription management.
  • Guide users through feature discovery, playlist creation, podcast navigation, and personalized recommendation tools.
  • Escalate complex problems to Tier‑2 support or engineering teams while maintaining clear communication and ownership of the ticket.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to the knowledge base, helping to improve self‑service resources and reduce future support volume.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to relay user feedback, identify trends, and suggest enhancements.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and a passion for music.
  • Maintain a consistent performance record in key metrics such as First‑Response Time, Resolution Time, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in live chat or digital customer support, preferably within a SaaS, streaming, or technology‑focused environment.
  • Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean. Demonstrated ability to write and speak each language clearly and professionally.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity, app, and device‑related issues.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and tone in multiple languages.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
