Role Overview

You will be the subject‑matter expert on the end‑to‑end targeting process, ensuring that every list is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Your expertise will drive efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the overall quality of arenaflex’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeting and eligibility strategies for benefit reinforcement, spend‑driven campaigns, and new product launches.
- Data Research & Segmentation: Conduct deep‑dive research on emerging data elements, evaluate segmentation models, and collaborate with risk and analytics partners to validate eligibility criteria.

- Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject‑matter expert for platform transformation initiatives, participate in testing, and support migration of campaigns to new targeting platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot data anomalies, address customer complaints, and resolve complex problems that arise during list creation or campaign execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead process‑efficiency projects, automate manual steps, and reduce the volume of list requests to free up capacity for higher‑value work.
- Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs for marketers on targeting processes, eligibility rules, and best practices for list submission.
- Compliance & Governance: Maintain a strong control mindset, ensuring all list executions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
