Key Responsibilities
- Follow detailed technical procedures to manage customer order requests, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), and database updates.
- Enter and validate data for both manual and automated supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy across multiple platforms.
- Process CMMS purchase orders into BPM (Business Process Management) and SC360 systems, maintaining consistency and compliance with federal guidelines.
- Maintain the BPM repository by archiving files, attaching required documentation, and updating system fields as needed.
- Create customer orders and purchase requisitions in arenaflex’s SC360 system, adhering to established naming conventions and data standards.
- Perform daily double‑checks of all orders to identify and correct errors before they affect downstream processes.
- Process proof of deliveries (POD) and ensure that shipment information is accurately reflected in government reporting tools.
- Update shipped order status in the designated government system, providing real‑time visibility to stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback to customers, track inquiries, resolve part discrepancies, and review PR/PO data for completeness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including logistics, procurement, and IT—to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects, such as data audits, process documentation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives, as assigned by supervisors.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certifications in business administration, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on data entry or order‑processing experience, preferably within a government or defense contracting environment.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance is mandatory; candidates must be U.S. citizens.
