About the Role

The Account Associate – Customer Service Onsite position is the gateway to a vibrant career within arenaflex’s Account Care team. Essential Qualifications

  • On‑site availability – the role is based at an arenaflex location and requires daily presence.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and core Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.

After successfully completing the initial training period, you will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule—providing flexibility while still fostering team cohesion.

  • Up to $750 in training‑completion bonuses.
  • Promotion to Account Expert with an annualized incentive target of approximately $4,400 (subject to performance and full‑time status).
