As a Part‑Time Remote Customer Operations Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline champion of our customer experience. You will handle inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices, guide callers through regulatory requirements, and strive for one‑call resolution. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to type and communicate simultaneously, maintaining accuracy under fast‑paced conditions.
  • Strong judgment and critical‑thinking skills for interpreting state regulations and company policies.
