Role Overview – Why This Co‑op Matters

The CX Insights & Prioritization team is looking for a motivated, data‑curious co‑op to join us for three alternating full‑time rotations in Atlanta, GA. This is a unique opportunity to work side‑by‑side with seasoned analytics professionals, immerse yourself in real‑world projects, and directly influence the design and execution of arenaflex’s enterprise‑wide CX initiatives. You will help shape the voice of the customer, ensure that strategic priorities are data‑backed, and contribute to the creation of personalized experiences that set arenaflex apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Exploration & Analysis: Research, clean, and interpret large‑scale customer datasets to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • KPI Measurement: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency, linking them to business outcomes.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive reports and interactive dashboards that surface insights for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Identify manual reporting processes and develop automated solutions using SQL, Python, or VBA to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Root‑Cause Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive investigations into customer pain points, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology—to understand data needs and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Cross‑Divisional Data Integration: Query and combine data from multiple business units, ensuring a holistic view of the customer journey.
  • Presentation & Communication: Craft compelling presentations that clearly articulate insights, recommendations, and the expected impact on CX initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Prioritization Support: Assist in the evaluation and ranking of CX projects based on data‑driven criteria, aligning resources with the highest‑value opportunities.
  • Change Management Participation: Contribute to the development of best‑practice frameworks, standard operating procedures, and Centers of Excellence that embed a customer‑first mindset throughout arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with flexibility to accommodate a co‑op schedule.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and PowerPoint (professional slide design).
  • Demonstrated interest in data analysis; basic experience with SQL is preferred, and exposure to Python or other coding languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, mentors, and senior leaders.
  • Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and results‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.
  • Availability for three alternating co‑op terms (Spring 2025, Fall 2025, Summer 2026) as outlined in the rotation schedule.
  • Commitment to safety, data security, and ethical handling of customer information.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Completion of at least 30 semester hours of relevant coursework.
  • Hands‑on experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques such as linear regression, segmentation, non‑linear regression, operations research, or machine learning.
  • Proficiency in additional coding or analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, C, VBA, Python) and familiarity with data‑visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Coursework or project experience in market research, consumer behavior, or competitive benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, business‑focused recommendations.
