Role Overview – Customer Experience Design (CXD) Co‑Op (Spring 2025)

As a Customer Experience Design Co‑Op, you will join a dynamic CXD organization that shapes the end‑to‑end experience for both customers and employees across arenaflex’s worldwide operations. You will rotate through one of several high‑visibility teams—Service Recovery, Onboard Brand Experience, Uniform Brand Experience, In‑flight Entertainment Wi‑Fi, or In‑flight Entertainment Sync Seatback—contributing to research, analysis, ideation, and execution of projects that directly influence arenaflex’s brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends that inform product and service enhancements.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Develop compelling slide decks, executive presentations, and business cases that clearly articulate project goals, ROI, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, engineers, marketing, and operations—to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, brand activations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investments in new onboard amenities, uniform designs, or Wi‑Fi solutions.
  • Participate in ideation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to generate innovative concepts that elevate the arenaflex experience.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and OneDrive repositories, ensuring that project documentation is organized, up‑to‑date, and accessible to team members.
  • Provide on‑the‑ground feedback by testing prototypes, mock‑ups, or service processes, feeding real‑time observations back into the design loop.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s safety, security, and data‑privacy standards in every task you undertake.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed)

  • Eligibility to work full‑time for three alternating semesters while maintaining enrollment at an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated experience in research analysis, presentation development, project coordination, and written communication.
  • Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to pivot when priorities shift.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaborative problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint administration and OneDrive is a plus.
