Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Excellence: Accurately input data into arenaflex’s digital filing systems and enterprise databases, maintaining a error‑free record of every transaction.
  • Electronic File Organization: Create, categorize, and maintain electronic folders so that documents are instantly retrievable by any stakeholder.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify and review data for completeness and correctness before finalizing entries, performing spot‑checks to catch inconsistencies.
  • Document Digitization: Scan, OCR, and convert physical paperwork into searchable electronic formats, ensuring proper metadata tagging for future reference.

Essential Qualifications
