  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer health information, adhering strictly to HIPAA and internal data‑privacy standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, document best practices, and contribute to policy updates that improve quality and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted in‑state Board of Pharmacy license (Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, or Assistant). Licensure must be valid for Arizona; additional state licenses may be required if you reside outside the primary work state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in pharmacy technology is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience using computer and web‑based tools in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while handling phone calls, chat sessions, and computer applications simultaneously.

  • At least 1 year of phone‑based or customer‑service experience, preferably within a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward problem resolution.
  • Technical aptitude for navigating and troubleshooting web platforms, software applications, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience recognizing and verifying patient medications, including generic and brand‑name equivalents.
  • Proven track record of thriving under pressure in fast‑paced settings while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
