Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Greeting & Assistance: Warmly welcome passengers, answer travel‑related questions, and provide clear directions to gates, lounges, and airport services.
  • Check‑In & Ticketing Operations: Operate reservation systems to issue tickets, modify itineraries, and resolve booking discrepancies while maintaining a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Boarding Management: Oversee the boarding process, announce gate information, verify travel documentation, and manage seat availability to ensure a smooth flow of passengers onto the aircraft.
  • Baggage Handling: Tag, lift, and load baggage onto conveyor belts; safely manage items up to 70 pounds, and coordinate with ground‑crew to prevent damage or loss.
  • Aircraft Door Operations: Open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and operate loading bridges with strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Special Passenger Support: Escort unaccompanied minors, assist passengers with disabilities, and provide personalized care to ensure comfort and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safety & Security Enforcement: Constantly prioritize personal and passenger safety, enforce security procedures, and protect sensitive data throughout all interactions.
