The Eyewear Customer Service & Sales Advisor is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex’s vision‑care promise. In this role, you will guide patients through the journey of selecting frames, lenses, and accessories that match their lifestyle and visual needs. You will collaborate closely with optometrists, office managers, and fellow team members to ensure each patient receives a tailored, trustworthy, and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultation: Greet patients warmly, assess their visual preferences, and provide expert guidance on frame styles, lens options, and accessories.
- Product Knowledge: Master the arenaflex product catalog, staying current on new arrivals, technology upgrades, and fashion trends to educate patients effectively.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by delivering a consultative, relationship‑focused sales experience.
- Insurance Navigation: Explain insurance benefits clearly, verify coverage, and assist patients in maximizing their benefits for eyewear purchases.
- Fitting & Adjustments: Utilize arenaflex‑provided training to accurately measure, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, ensuring optimal comfort and visual performance.
- Collaboration with Optometrists: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Office Optometrist to coordinate lens prescriptions, frame selections, and any necessary follow‑up care.
- Team Integration: Participate in daily briefings, share insights, and support colleagues to maintain a cohesive, high‑energy work environment.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent arenaflex’s values and brand philosophy in every patient interaction, reinforcing our commitment to quality and care.
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and other store duties as assigned by the Office General Manager.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work occasional evenings and weekend shifts to accommodate patient appointments and store traffic patterns.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing or sales role (retail, hospitality, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
