Position Overview
We are seeking a high‑energy, licensed Customer Service Representative to join the arenaflex Direct Services team. This remote role serves customers in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina, providing knowledgeable, consultative support on personal lines property & casualty (P&C) insurance. You will be the trusted voice that helps policyholders understand coverage, resolve billing issues, and discover opportunities to enhance their protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, accurate information on policy details, billing, discounts, and rate changes.
- Analyze intermediate underwriting guidelines and policy questions, escalating complex issues to senior specialists when necessary.
- Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex.com portal and mobile app, guiding them through self‑service tools and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate endorsements, and cross‑sell additional arenaflex products that align with the customer’s needs.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow‑up actions are completed promptly.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training, pass the required P&C licensing exam, and stay current with product updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, share best practices with teammates, and support a culture of continuous innovation.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a four‑year college degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience delivering consultative service in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel environment (call center, insurance, or related field).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Lines Property & Casualty license; arenaflex will provide study materials and a paid training environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
