Key Responsibilities

  • Generate routine reports for senior finance staff, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process by gathering required documentation, verifying identity, and explaining next steps.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic communication with clients via email, phone, and secure messaging, addressing inquiries about account status, payment options, and program details.
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system to preserve a clear audit trail and support seamless handoffs between team members.

Administrative Support for Finance Team

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
