Position Overview

We are actively recruiting enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals for multiple Temp‑to‑Hire Customer Service and Order Entry positions in three strategic locations across the Houston metropolitan area: North Houston, North East Houston, and the Galleria district. Compensation ranges from $18 per hour to $21 per hour, commensurate with experience, skill set, and the specific responsibilities of each position. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage multi‑line phone systems, providing courteous and efficient assistance to inbound and outbound callers.
  • Perform fast, accurate data entry of orders, invoices, and customer information using both alphanumeric and 10‑key inputs.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Generate, review, and distribute invoices, collaborating with finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide proactive customer service, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and internal communications to keep office operations running smoothly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools to create reports, track performance metrics, and identify process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably within customer service, call center, order entry, or fulfillment operations.

  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy; experience with 10‑key numeric entry is a plus.
