Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact

  • SAP Data Entry: Accurately input product numbers, sales orders, credits, and related data into the SAP computer system, maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Document Review: Examine sales paperwork against customer contracts and documentation to verify completeness and correctness.
  • Order Processing: Process sales paperwork in the computer system following established procedures, and release new orders and change orders to manufacturing.
  • Inventory Coordination: Verify finished‑goods (stock) requests, move pending stock as needed, and maintain master tooling files.
  • Obsolete Management: Execute the obsolete list process at least twice per year, ensuring outdated items are properly retired.
  • Invoicing & Filing: Generate invoices, file sales documents, and keep records organized for easy retrieval.
  • Workload Prioritization: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines, balancing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Miscellaneous Support: Perform additional duties as needed to support the broader operations team, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
