- Order Processing: Process sales paperwork in the computer system following established procedures, and release new orders and change orders to manufacturing.
- Inventory Coordination: Verify finished‑goods (stock) requests, move pending stock as needed, and maintain master tooling files.
- Obsolete Management: Execute the obsolete list process at least twice per year, ensuring outdated items are properly retired.
- Invoicing & Filing: Generate invoices, file sales documents, and keep records organized for easy retrieval.
- Workload Prioritization: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines, balancing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
