Key Responsibilities

As the Team Lead for IT Data Governance, you will be the architect and champion of arenaflex’s data governance framework. Your core duties include:

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and continuously refine arenaflex’s data governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Ownership: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data governance processes, ensuring they are repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

Essential Qualifications
