Position Overview – Customer Service Specialist, Supply Chain (Remote)
Are you ready to be the front‑line champion of our supply chain? As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will manage the end‑to‑end relationship with our valued customers, ensuring orders flow smoothly from purchase order receipt to on‑time delivery and accurate invoicing. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regional sales managers to resolve issues quickly, identify trends, and drive efficiency across the supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Receive, validate, and process purchase orders using SAP, ensuring timely entry, accurate pricing, and on‑schedule delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address order‑related challenges—from discrepancies to delivery delays—working closely with logistics, finance, and sales to achieve swift resolutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers, brokers, warehousing, transportation, supply planning, demand planning, finance, IT, and other internal partners.
- Data Integrity & Auditing: Audit pricing and order details against arenaflex’s SAP system, coordinate with finance and brokers to correct any mismatches.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor order patterns, identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend actionable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Sample & Donation Management: Process sample requests, donation orders, and returns, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and customer expectations.
- Support Regional Sales Managers: Provide timely information on product availability, assist with customer forms, and respond to delivery inquiries.
- Master Data Maintenance: Work with the Commercial Master Data team to create, update, or deactivate customer entities in SAP.
- Multi‑System Navigation: Efficiently operate within three distinct software environments—SAP, third‑party logistics platforms, and SPS Commerce—to execute end‑to‑end order workflows.
Essential Qualifications
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment or a closely related supply chain/logistics role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP order‑to‑invoice processes, including order entry, change management, and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships across functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, coupled with sound decision‑making capabilities.
- Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with third‑party logistics (3PL) platforms and SPS Commerce or similar electronic data interchange (EDI) tools.
