Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self‑driven individuals to join arenaflex Nation as Remote Customer Service Independent Contractors. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and document interactions—all from the comfort of your home or any quiet workspace you prefer.

  • Assess customer needs quickly, provide accurate information, and deliver effective solutions.

  • Document every interaction meticulously, ensuring all relevant details are captured in the client’s CRM system.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms, tabs, and screens simultaneously while maintaining data integrity.

  • Participate in optional training sessions, certification courses, and performance reviews to enhance skill sets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to manage multiple windows, tabs, and applications concurrently.
  • Basic typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting call notes and follow‑up emails.

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload) and a quiet workspace.
