Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, professional phone and email support to internal and external customers, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter, review, and process sales orders, quotations, and service requests with a focus on detail and a zero‑error mindset.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with Order Fulfilment, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Shipping teams to guarantee timely delivery and clear communication of order status.
  • CRM Stewardship: Maintain arenaflex’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite) with up‑to‑date, precise information, and generate reports that help drive strategic decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose workflow enhancements, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Follow‑Up & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor open transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that every customer request is fulfilled on schedule and to the highest standard.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs—including response time, order accuracy, and satisfaction scores—on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Diagnose complex issues, develop actionable solutions, and, when necessary, escalate to senior staff while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to ad‑hoc initiatives such as new product roll‑outs, system migrations, or training programs that support arenaflex’s growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a business environment with a strong emphasis on customer service (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite, and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
