Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and coach a high‑performing team of customer success analysts across phone, messaging, and email channels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and refine processes that streamline workflows, improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA adherence, productivity, and quality scores.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Program Management, Quality Assurance, Training, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and roll out best‑practice initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, translating client feedback into actionable product and service improvements.
  • Escalation Management: Own complex, high‑stakes escalations, coordinating with subject‑matter experts to drive swift resolution and root‑cause remediation.
  • Strategic Insight: Analyze trends, anticipate client needs, and proactively suggest new features, services, or product bundles that align with arenaflex’s growth objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or advisory roles within fast‑paced technology or financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams, with a track record of achieving measurable performance improvements.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, staking mechanisms, custodial solutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and the ability to craft compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities in a high‑growth, dynamic organization.
  • Experience in banking, wealth management, corporate finance, asset management, fintech, or crypto sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in either the Seattle or San Francisco office and to travel for off‑site events as required.
