Role Overview – Virtual (U.S.)
This is a fully remote, full‑time position based in the United States. You will join a dynamic, cross‑functional account team that includes an Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Product Specialists. Your mission is to champion the customer’s voice, guide adoption of arenaflex’s retail suite, and uncover opportunities for expansion and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to develop and execute detailed account plans that align arenaflex capabilities with their retail objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring seamless non‑event renewals and expanding the footprint of arenaflex solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both IT and business stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to become the go‑to advisor for all arenaflex‑related initiatives.
- Stay abreast of retail sub‑industry trends, seasonal cycles, and emerging challenges to proactively advise customers on best practices.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of arenaflex’s retail portfolio, articulating how each feature solves specific business problems and delivers ROI.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that showcase adoption metrics, performance improvements, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate customer success stories into compelling ROI narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to prioritize enhancements.
- Follow arenaflex’s customer‑satisfaction processes, driving risk mitigation, retention, and reference‑customer development.
- Coordinate with the Sales team on expansion initiatives, ensuring a smooth hand‑off and unified messaging.
- Manage escalations related to value, consumption, and adoption, partnering with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- Provide actionable feedback on market needs, influencing product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, professional services, implementation, customer success, or account management within the retail or supply‑chain domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply‑chain processes, inventory management, demand forecasting, and retail merchandising.
- Proven track record of engaging with senior business leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive presentations and executive‑level reports.

- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for on‑site customer engagements, workshops, and conferences.
