Role Overview

As a BDR & Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our technology, engaging with venture‑capital professionals, fund managers, and investment teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Handoff: Qualify inbound and outbound prospects, set up new customer accounts, and smoothly transition qualified opportunities to senior Account Executives.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring they adopt core features quickly and achieve early wins.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with fund managers, investment professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • AI‑Enabled Process Optimization: Leverage artificial‑intelligence tools (e.g., predictive lead scoring, automated outreach) to increase efficiency and improve conversion rates.

Who You Are – Essential Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts in clear, business‑focused language.
  • Demonstrated organizational prowess—capable of juggling multiple prospects, onboarding projects, and internal tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience (or strong familiarity) with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools; ability to navigate pipelines, log activities, and generate accurate forecasts.
