Position Overview – Your Role as a Data Entry Representative

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Data Entry Representative to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from commercial building managers, tenants, and service technicians, delivering courteous and solution‑focused service.
