Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Processing & Reconciliation: Accurately enter, validate, and reconcile trade buy and sell transactions across client accounts, ensuring alignment with fund‑level data and internal systems.
  • Transfer Management: Initiate, monitor, and resolve transfer requests, acting as the primary liaison between arenaflex, fund administrators, and transfer agents.
  • Dividend & Corporate Action Handling: Process dividend distributions, corporate actions, and related adjustments, guaranteeing that client holdings reflect the latest entitlements.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Research complex or escalated discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with technology, compliance, and partner teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of regulations such as SEC Rule 2340 and FINRA Rule 15c3‑3 to ensure all activities meet statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Technology Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new system enhancements, providing feedback that shapes future functionality and improves operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, and Salesforce, delivering timely updates on transaction status and issue resolution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all processed transactions, generate daily reconciliation reports, and support audit activities as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process automation, workflow optimization, and best‑practice development to elevate arenaflex’s service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in data entry, trade processing, or financial operations within a brokerage, clearinghouse, or asset‑management environment.
  • Strong understanding of alternate investment products, including private equity, hedge funds, and real‑estate investment trusts.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEC, FINRA) to daily operational tasks.
  • Proficiency with industry‑standard platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or proprietary arenaflex systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
