Position Overview
Located at our modern facility in Hicksville, NY (250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801), this full‑time, benefits‑eligible role offers a hybrid work model: on‑site training followed by fully remote work. Standard hours are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 40‑hour work week. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input patient demographics, insurance details, and billing codes into the arenaflex Billing System with a focus on speed and precision.
- Eligibility Verification: Conduct real‑time insurance eligibility checks, confirming coverage, benefits, and patient responsibility before claim submission.
- Claims Q&A Management: Review unbilled claims, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors by coordinating with providers, insurers, and internal teams.
- Provider Communication: Reach out to physicians, clinics, and billing departments to gather missing information, clarify documentation, and ensure timely filing.
- Compliance & Auditing: Follow established protocols to maintain HIPAA compliance, adhere to payer guidelines, and support internal audit processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest workflow enhancements, participate in training sessions, and adopt best practices to streamline billing operations.

Essential Qualifications
