  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Enter new and updated inventory information into the arenaflex database using both keyboard input and optical scanning devices, adhering to established screen formats and data standards.
  • Cycle Counting & Auditing: Generate and execute cycle count schedules, reconcile discrepancies, and document findings to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
  • Movement Management: Record and process inventory moves, adjustments, transfers, and bin relocations, ensuring that all transactions are reflected correctly in real‑time.
  • Deficiency Resolution: Identify incomplete or erroneous documents, follow standard operating procedures to correct them, or route them to the team leader for further action.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s operational policies, data entry techniques, and reporting protocols, and proactively suggest improvements when gaps are identified.

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to warehouse inventory management processes is highly preferred.
