Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑speed 10‑key data entry for client‑provided checks, payment coupons, and credit‑card information, consistently meeting or exceeding arenaflex’s accuracy and speed benchmarks.
  • Enter, correct, and verify alphanumeric data extracted from scanned images or paper documents, ensuring every transaction is captured flawlessly.
  • Make informed, data‑driven decisions across a variety of transaction types, including complex caging functions, while adhering to client‑specific guidelines.
  • Execute back‑end processing controls, such as balancing deposits and reconciling daily transaction totals, using independent judgment to resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for departmental processes, providing guidance on best practices, system navigation, and client standards.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates on arenaflex’s proprietary systems, data entry techniques, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy, speed, and error rates, proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security compliance when handling Personal Identification Information (PII) and HIPAA‑protected data, following arenaflex’s data protection policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years of professional data entry experience in a high‑volume environment.

  • Speed & Accuracy: Ability to achieve 8,500–9,500 strokes per hour while maintaining a high accuracy rate, meeting arenaflex’s established performance minimums.
