As a Senior Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of that critical data—ensuring every listing is accurate, compelling, and optimized for multiple platforms. Your work will enable property owners to attract more guests, help travelers find their perfect stay, and support arenaflex’s reputation as the most reliable partner in the vacation‑rental market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Listing Creation & Management: Gather, verify, and input comprehensive property details from internal documents, client‑provided spreadsheets, and public web sources into arenaflex’s Property Management System (PMS) and channel‑management tools.
  • API Data Extraction & Integration: Connect to client‑supplied REST APIs, retrieve JSON/XML payloads, and translate raw data into structured listings using tools such as Postman and custom scripts.
  • Copywriting & Content Optimization: Craft concise, engaging descriptions for amenities, house rules, and local attractions; select high‑resolution images that highlight unique property features.
  • Multilingual Translation: Accurately translate listing content between English and Spanish, ensuring cultural relevance and SEO best practices for each language.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Perform rigorous QA checks on new and existing listings, recommend enhancements, and implement best‑in‑class standards for data consistency and visual appeal.
  • Channel Compliance & OTA Coordination: Validate listings against the requirements of major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.), manage iCal synchronization, and adjust dynamic pricing settings where applicable.
  • Reporting & Communication: Track listing creation status, flag missing information, report technical issues promptly, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Content Analysis: Monitor competitor listings, identify successful content patterns, and propose data‑driven improvements to boost visibility and conversion rates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in data entry, content management, or related roles within the travel, hospitality, or vacation‑rental sectors.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and their listing requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Property Management Systems, preferably Guesty PMS, and channel‑management platforms.
  • Strong command of data interchange formats such as JSON and XML, with practical experience extracting and mapping data via REST APIs.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish), both written and spoken.
  • Reliable personal computer, high‑speed internet connection, and a smartphone for on‑the‑go communication.
  • Advanced PC literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet).

  • Experience with Guesty PMS or similar reservation management software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot moderate‑complexity technical issues and coordinate with IT or development teams.
