  • Enter customer and account data from a variety of source documents (PDFs, scanned images, handwritten notes, online forms) within established timeframes.
  • Compile, verify, and sort incoming information according to priority levels, ensuring that data is ready for seamless integration into arenaflex’s databases.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to identify deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors, and apply corrective actions where possible.
  • Research and obtain missing or incomplete information by liaising with internal teams, clients, or external sources.
  • Utilize scanning equipment and document management tools to digitize physical records, maintaining a clear audit trail.

  • Data Capture & Input: Accurately input both text‑based and numerical information from source documents, maintaining a typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with a 99% accuracy rate.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform multi‑level verification checks, cross‑referencing entered data against original documents to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Error Resolution: Identify and correct incompatibilities, flagging any unresolved issues for escalation to the Data Manager.
  • Document Management: Scan, index, and archive physical documents in accordance with arenaflex’s retention policies, ensuring easy retrieval for future audits.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Uphold data privacy standards, including GDPR and other relevant regulations, by following strict access controls and encryption protocols.
