Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to strengthen our Administration Team in Hendersonville, NC. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clinical and administrative data are accurately captured, organized, and readily available for clinicians, administrators, and external partners. Key Responsibilities

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the seamless flow of medical information throughout arenaflex. Core duties include:

  • Navigating multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems to locate and retrieve historical lab, radiology, and referral reports.
  • Pulling, filing, transferring, and scanning clinical documents, ensuring each record is correctly labeled and stored.

  • Transferring historical medical records—including laboratory, radiology, hospital, and specialist reports—into the current system.
