Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist to join the arenaflex team. In this hybrid role, you will be the guardian of our data integrity, ensuring that all information entered into our databases and ERP platforms is accurate, up‑to‑date, and easily retrievable. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, support daily office operations, and help maintain a seamless flow of information that powers our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in multiple databases and ERP systems with a focus on precision and speed.
  • Collect, organize, and archive records to enable quick retrieval and compliance with internal policies.
  • Process customer and internal orders, confirming that every detail—from product codes to pricing—is entered correctly.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel to build pivot tables, generate reports, and perform data analysis that supports decision‑making.
  • Assist with electronic and physical filing, ensuring that documents are labeled, stored, and indexed according to best practices.
  • Transcribe information from emails, scanned documents, voice recordings, and other sources while maintaining strict confidentiality.
