- Collaborate with a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to ensure seamless support during live calls.
- Document interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, noting key details to improve future service quality.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance metrics, including minimum hour requirements, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Essential Qualifications
