This full‑time, remote position is based out of Bradley, IL, but you will work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment, eligibility verification, and plan selection.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and accurate information in both English and Spanish, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Enter and update customer data in arenaxflex’s enrollment platform with precision and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test within three business days of hire.
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace that meets arenaflex’s remote‑work standards.
  • Personal computer with a functional webcam for the training period.
  • Reliable high‑speed broadband internet (minimum 35 Mbps) via a hard‑wired Ethernet connection; mobile or satellite internet, Wi‑Fi extenders, and similar solutions are not compatible.
