Position Overview

We are actively seeking compassionate, detail‑oriented individuals who reside in California to join arenaflex as Remote Customer Service Representatives – Union Benefits Coordinators. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for union members, helping them navigate and receive the specific benefits they are entitled to under their collective bargaining agreements. Your ability to build rapport, manage time efficiently, and leverage basic computer skills will be essential to delivering exceptional service and ensuring members receive the support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of communication for union members seeking assistance with medical, dental, and other benefit programs.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about eligibility, enrollment procedures, and claim processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of member interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal arenaflex teams and external union representatives to resolve complex benefit inquiries.
