Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a flexible schedule of 30‑40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Central Standard Time. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Claim Intake: Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.

Essential Qualifications
