Key Responsibilities

Outbound Client Engagement

  • Initiate high‑volume outbound calls to corporate contacts, discussing product satisfaction, usage patterns, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
  • Identify and qualify warm sales leads, then hand them off to the appropriate Account Management or Sales team for further development.
  • Provide clear, concise product information and demonstrate the benefits of arenaflex’s self‑service platform (formerly known as MiVision).

Product Usage Analysis & Optimisation

  • Research and review each client’s expenditure and utilisation of the arenaflex self‑service tool, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to tailor recommendations that align with each client’s strategic objectives.
  • Log all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system with meticulous accuracy.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Corporate Cards team when additional follow‑up or escalation is required.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of arenaflex’s financial products, ensuring you can answer complex queries confidently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior supervisors or product specialists, using sound judgement and a customer‑first mindset.

Planning, Organisation & Decision‑Making

  • Schedule daily, weekly, and recurring call activities, balancing outbound outreach with administrative duties.
  • Advise customers on the most appropriate solutions based on their unique needs, exercising initiative and critical thinking.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet service level agreements and internal deadlines.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in each language.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or client‑facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, internet browsers) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for building rapport and influencing decision‑makers.

  • Experience in the cards business or a demonstrated interest in financial products.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets or lead‑generation goals.
