Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote arenaflex Chat Professional who will serve as a key conduit between our executive leadership, internal teams, and the broader arenaflex community. This role blends exceptional written communication, visual storytelling, and project coordination to ensure that every message—whether a strategic announcement, a multimedia presentation, or a routine update—resonates with clarity, purpose, and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Messaging: Draft, edit, and refine communications from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and senior leadership for internal audiences, including announcements, policy briefs, video scripts, and intranet articles.
- Visual Design & Production: Create compelling graphics, PowerPoint decks, banners, and visual assets that enhance written content and align with arenaflex brand guidelines.
- Multimedia Management: Record, edit, and publish short‑form videos and webcast content for internal channels, ensuring high production quality and accessibility.
- Event Support: Coordinate logistics, content, and visual materials for town‑halls, leadership forums, roundtables, and global administration events.
- Content Governance: Maintain the arenaflex intranet and other communication platforms, ensuring content is up‑to‑date, searchable, and adheres to brand standards.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, HR, IT, and Learning & Development—to gather insights, align messaging, and drive cohesive communication strategies.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement metrics for internal communications, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine approaches to improve reach and impact.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion arenaflex’s values of integrity, inclusion, and excellence in every piece of content you produce.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate storytelling, or visual content creation within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Exceptional written and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and brand voice.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality graphics and video assets for both digital and print mediums.
- Experience managing content on intranet or enterprise content management systems (e.g., arenaflex’s own platform, formerly known as Unily).
- Strong project management capabilities; ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Portfolio showcasing a blend of written, visual, and multimedia work.

- Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Communications, UX Design, or Multimedia Production.
- Experience supporting C‑suite communications, particularly in a global enterprise.
