Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with 99.9% accuracy, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Investigate potential fraud cases by reviewing transaction patterns, identifying anomalies, and escalating high‑risk alerts to senior investigators.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound communications with cardholders, merchants, and internal teams to resolve disputes and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
  • Maintain detailed case logs in the arenaflex Global Fraud Prevention System (GFPS), documenting investigative steps, findings, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including compliance, risk, and customer support—to develop and refine fraud‑prevention strategies.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA), while handling sensitive financial data.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new hires on data entry best practices, fraud detection techniques, and communication protocols.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as case resolution time, accuracy rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, fraud investigation, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., PCI‑DSS, FCRA, GLBA).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience using CRM or case‑management platforms.
