Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Seller Operations team. This role is based remotely, but candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Romania. As a key member of the seller support ecosystem, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze, interpret, and act on data that drives merchant success on arenaflex platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal Retail and Seller Services teams to support merchant performance metrics and enhance the overall buyer experience.
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels across all stakeholder levels, establishing realistic expectations and providing transparent status updates.
  • Design and execute a robust data‑driven roadmap that aligns with critical business opportunities and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sellers and arenaflex.
  • Partner with internal arenaflex groups and external sellers to address operational challenges, delivering actionable insights that improve seller satisfaction.
  • Lead deep‑dive analyses on merchant‑reported issues, formulating strategic recommendations and implementation plans based on quantitative findings.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, policies, and execution strategies that drive consistent seller growth.
  • Build long‑term relationships with high‑value merchant partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives, programs, and features, acting as a liaison between product development and seller communities.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with sellers, tracking performance against agreed‑upon metrics and adjusting action plans as needed.
  • Perform metric analysis, develop data‑backed hypotheses, and respond swiftly with targeted action plans to address emerging challenges.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in seller operations, account management, business development, or B2B sales within an e‑commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical capabilities: data collection, cleansing, interpretation, and the ability to challenge assumptions with evidence‑based insights.
