Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to our client's success and the growth of our business. Your daily activities will be diverse, engaging, and designed to help you develop a well-rounded skill set in customer relations and sales. Proactive Lead Engagement: Engage daily with potential new account leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and virtual communications. Provide impeccable sales and customer service support to each individual, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and leaves a lasting positive impression. Account Management Participation: Attend account management meetings throughout the weekdays and participate in any scheduled conference calls assigned by the accounts you are working with. These meetings are crucial for staying informed about client needs, understanding product updates, and aligning your efforts with overall account strategies. Full Cycle Sales Execution: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full cycle of sales, from initial market research and territory analysis to prospecting, scheduling appointments, and successfully closing deals. You will receive thorough training on our products, services, and promotional offerings to ensure you can effectively communicate value to prospective customers. New Business Development: Generate new business and customers by reaching out to consumers on a day-to-day basis. This involves identifying potential leads, understanding their pain points, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives. Expert Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer account lead and be prepared to conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analyses comparing our offerings with local competition.
