Licensed Dentist – Teledentistry

In this role, you will provide remote dental consultations and care through advanced telecommunication technologies. You will be responsible for assessing patients' dental needs, offering diagnoses and treatment recommendations, and developing comprehensive care plans from the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual dental assessments and consultations, providing patients with timely and effective care
- Diagnose dental conditions and establish treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on dental hygiene and preventive care practices during consultations
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in the EHR
- Ensure compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices in teledentistry
- Stay current with advancements in telehealth technology and dental practices
Requirements
- Dentistry degree from an accredited dental school
- Current active dental license in the states served
- Experience in teledentistry or virtual patient care preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient engagement abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment
