Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following core duties: CV Management & Database Maintenance: Organize, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of CVs and candidate information with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all records are properly categorized, tagged, and stored in accordance with our documentation standards. Accurate Data Entry: Enter relevant information from CVs and candidate documents into our internal systems, ensuring precision, completeness, and consistency across all records. Verify that all data is correctly formatted and meets our quality standards. Effective Communication: Liaise professionally with team members and candidates to gather additional details, clarify information, or request missing documentation as needed. Maintain clear and courteous correspondence at all times. Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of entered data. Identify discrepancies, perform necessary corrections, and implement improvements to maintain data quality. Confidentiality & Data Protection: Handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost confidentiality, strictly adhering to data protection policies and privacy regulations. Maintain the security of all personal and professional data in your possession. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Suggest and implement best practices for CV management and database organization. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support recruitment initiatives and ensure seamless operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all data management activities. Prepare reports on database status, data quality metrics, and team performance as required.
